Day 1

Ok, well I went down one pound. Not 3, but at least it's something. I have hung in there so far today. Still need more water and fruit but doing well overall. Hoping to drop the weight quickly...but I know that's not always the best. Thinking about the drops diet...our assistant principal lost 20 pounds in 3 weeks. Got the drops from his chiropractor...I am really considering it...

Ugh.......Therapy

Today starts day one of therapy.  The Dr. ordered it because of the car wreck. My neck hurts, my back and shoulders hurt and I am just in an all around bitchy mood.

Hopefully a few stretches and pops and I will be on a better path here in about 2 hours.  (Appt is in an hour). 

Good job for starting on your Brenda diet.  I hear she kicks ass!  Be careful and drink lots of water!  There's an app that will remind you if you need help remembering it!~

Brenda Diet

Yesterday was day 1 of Brenda diet to give us a good kick start.  This morning I weighed myself and I am down 3.6 lbs since yesterday! I'm pretty happy, although today is a hard day to get through because the headache that comes with Day 2 is a killer.  Oh well, whatever works.  Keep ya posted.

Refreshed and Ready

Well, I woke up this morning and weighed. ugh. 217. So, there it is. Yuck. Anywho...I had my eggs and fruit, fruit, fruit. I didn't cheat...not even once. So we'll see what the scale says tomorrow. I'll keep ya'll posted!

Oh, it's on!!!!

Well, I started out well yesterday...then my family showed up with Subway (still not terrible) but I didn't go down this morning.  So, I am starting fresh today and making my intentions known to everyone, including the mail lady in case she happens to deliver something edible, that I am not partaking in anything fun until I get some of this weight off.  So, I am getting ready to eat scrambled eggs (made w/o milk) and a cup of unsweetened applesauce.  And about 400 oz of lemon water.  I'll let you know how later goes.

Bring it on!

Ok. so tonight i'm going to pasta house...but tomorrow...it begins. I am ready for the diet. the tough diet. I am wanting to drop that 20 SOOO bad. I just want to be under 200 when I go to the OB! Weird, right? But last time I went, he lectured me on losing weight. UGH! SO. I really want to be under 200 so maybe I can avoid the lecture. Here's to fruit, healthy food, and working out...(god give me the strength...)

1 Month

Emily and I are in competition again, with ourselves.  The friendly competition is good, but our goal is to help each other, for 1 month, do the best we can.  We have put a 20lb goal on it to push ourselves, but 15 is the # we are truly okay with for 1 month.  We've done it before, we can do it again!  We will update as we go, as usual.
