I don't know if Emily has officially agreed to this but I'm starting my competition with her today. I did so well last week that I figure it can't hurt to make this a weekly thing. As of today I am the exact same weight that I was on Friday morning. That means that after wine, eating small portions of everything I wanted AND eating a real live cupcake, that I did not truly go up. I made sure I drank lots of water and kept my portions small. So, if I diet hard 5 days a week, then splurge in tiny amounts on the weekend, I'll still be able to lose several pounds a week. So the race begins again Emily!!!!! IT'S ON!!! Jonesie if you want in say the word and I'll kick your ass too!!! ; )
