I'm so effing stoked I could sh*t!!!!! : )
Day 3 Complete!
I went down another 1.4 lbs from yesterday! I'm at 6.2 total. Totally stoked. I feel fantastic...again. Today is my last day with the kids for 2 months, my sisters party is tomorrow, I'm going dancing Sunday night and then again on Thursday night....I can't wait!!!! Super stoked at everything right now and happy to be alive, although I have my doubts that a tornado could have lifted me off the ground in the first place...: )

I'm marching on
Well, I am down 2.6 pounds. Not as good as Elle...and I didn't get Taco Bell. But that's ok. Losing weight is losing weight.
Jonesie, in regard to the drops...I really don't know much about it. They are some chemical that you take 5 or so drops a certain number of times a day and it takes away all of your hunger. Then you are only allowed 500 calories to spread out over the remainder of the day and must include protein, veggie, and fruit I think. If I find out more about it I'll let you all know. I know you only stay on the diet for a short amount of time (3 weeks) then you go off for a week then back on. Something like that. I'm sorry that you are sore. I hope you feel better!

Brenda's Diet Just for Jonesie
Hey Jonesie,
As per your request Brenda's diet is as follows:
All the vegetables, eggs and lean meat you want. No need to measure or stick with a certain # of servings or portions.
5-7 Fruits the first 4 days except (bananas, grapes, pears and pineapple) these are used for plateau breakers,
but truth be told I have eaten them in the past and it does very little, if anything, to hinder weight loss.
After the 4 days is up you go to 4 fruits for 3 days and then 3.5 for the duration of the diet.
1 8oz potato a day. Up to 4 melba toast. And all the lowfat or nonfat cottage cheese you want.
2 tsp of corn, sunflower or safflower oil a day. (helps ya poop!)
And a butt ton of water!!! Preferably lemon water because lemon is a natural diuretic and helps get rid
of water weight.
That's all there is to it. Sucks ass but works very well!!!

Day 2, Yesssss!!!!!
Day 2 went down a little more stressful than it should have, but it can always be worse. I had 3 hrs of sleep the night before so that was part of it. Usually when I get very little sleep I don't diet well. Too tired to cook, or care, that type of thing. But I did well all day (actually didn't eat enough, but didn't cheat either.) until we ended up in the basement at 3:45 because of tornadoes. We have food (peanut butter, chips, crackers, nuts etc.) stashed in a survival kit in case something happens so I got all the snacks out for the kids since they hadn't had one yet. I managed to only eat 3 PB crackers but it is so not on Brenda's diet. We were in the basement off and on for the next 3 hrs. When Aiden finally got home he had to work (2nd job-that he can do from home when necessary) and I had to run and get Frederick's RX filled. I picked up Taco Bell for all of us since it was so late. I ate a bean burrito, but wanted everything on the menu. That was all I had all day besides fruit and PB crackers and not enough water. I still went down 1.2 lbs though so I'm pretty stoked. I had myself all geared up excepting the fact that I would probably gain due to lack of water, more than anything, but I dropped. 4.8 lbs in two days. I'll take it. Too bad it's the same 4.8 that I have been yo-yo-ing for the last few months. Oh well, I'm not dwelling....I feel good, I'm going with that.
