The rest of yesterday went really well. I stayed good and ate "clean" (natural, whole foods) for the entire day. I felt really good when I went to bed. I didn't sleep well, but it hasn't deterred me from getting back on track. I've done well today and I feel good about it. As I said, I am taking this one second at a time. It will help with the stress. When I am able to work out again that will be a bonus. (broke foot, see more at Thank you God for helping me get a little closer to being back on track.
