diet

Ok Ok. I am going to do the "dietician's diet" for 5 days. The only thing I am going to change is I am going to have one banana a day. I am hoping (based on what I've learned) that this will keep my body from going into shock when I go back to WW next week so I don't gain 10 pounds back! I'll keep you all posted!!!

  2. Oh crack me up. Sorry Jonesie! I am referring to Brenda the dietician I have spent an arm and a leg on over the past 2 years. Her diet is very successful. In fact I lost over 60 pounds when I did it, but unfortunately I gained it back when I stopped doing it. Which leads me to where I am now. So What I mean by doing the "diet" is I am going to eat 5 fruits a day and only veggies and lean (non-processed, only fresh) meat, for the next 5 days. We'll see where this takes me...this time. Sorry for the confusion!

  3. I'm with ya sista!!! I'll do it for 5 days starting tomorrow as well. Friendly competition?! ; ) I'll report that I am fat and then after 5 days I'll be like, "I'm x lbs less fat." How bout it? Winner buys the other one a cupcake. : )

  5. Lol! That's the point Jonesie! I'm gonna use cupcake like they used the word Smurf on the...well...Smurfs. It'll go something like this..."I'm having a cupcake of day. Cupcakes, cupcake my cupcake! Cupcakein cupcake! Cupcake yours!" Understand?! : )
